This Privacy Policy explains how Haven Hive collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use our platform. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

1. Data we collect

Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, country of residence, and details you submit via enquiry, waitlist, agency registration or contact forms.

Usage data: pages viewed, properties saved, searches and device/browser information, collected via cookies and analytics.

2. How we use your data

To connect you with relevant agencies and route your enquiries; to provide and improve our services; to communicate updates, leads and offers; and to comply with legal obligations.

For agencies: to verify RERA details, manage subscriptions and deliver leads.

3. Consent (DPDP Act)

We process your personal data based on the consent you provide when submitting forms. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, after which we will stop processing your data except where retention is legally required.

4. Sharing your data

When you submit a property enquiry, your contact details are shared with the relevant listing agency to respond to you. We share data with payment processors (Razorpay), hosting and analytics providers strictly to operate the platform.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data security & retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may raise grievances with our Grievance Officer at grievance@havenhive.in.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to remember preferences and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
